Job summary

Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus is seeking a Cluster Reservation Agent to support daily operations in line with Hilton brand standards. You will handle reservations by phone and email, convert inquiries into contracted business, and collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reservation or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of computer systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Good command of English & Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance and entry of reservations by telephone and email
• Convert inquiries into contracted business promptly
• Respond to sales inquiries to develop future leads
• Identify sales leads as appropriate
• Respond to all customers professionally and ensure reservations are complete
• Provide prompt service while maintaining Hilton brand standards
• Monitor occupancy and forecasts to help meet targets
• Prepare and circulate weekly reports on reservations and group enquiries
