Jobgether seeks a Video Editor / Storyboard Writer based in Turkey to craft performance-driven storyboards for paid social ads. You’ll shape visual and narrative flow, define actor actions, and guide editors to execute concepts with clarity.

You’ll combine creative storytelling with direct-response strategies, leveraging AI tools and dynamic formats across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to optimize engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing storyboards for paid social advertising or performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including hooks, hold rate, retention, CTR, and conversions.
• Experience with DTC/UGC-style formats and direct-response advertising.
• Ability to craft engaging concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Familiarity with current ad trends and high-performing formats.
• Comfort with AI creative tools and generative video workflows.

Responsibilities
