Job summary

Jobgether is hiring an AI Video Creator & Editor in Turkey. You will own end-to-end creatives, from AI generation to editing direct-response ads for Meta/TikTok. Expect high-volume, UGC-style content and rapid iteration in a fully remote setup with UK working hours.

You will collaborate with Creative Strategists and Paid Social teams, refining prompts, assets, and variations while maintaining quality and consistent branding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in creative or video production with a portfolio.
• Hands-on with AI video-generation tools and strong prompting skills.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut and motion graphics in After Effects.
• Experience with Google Drive, Frame.io or similar tools.
• Understanding direct-response editing for Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok ads, incl. UGC clips and product scenes.
• Develop prompts and a reusable library of prompts and workflows.
• Edit high-volume ads combining AI footage with scripts and assets.
• Create hooks, pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, and CTAs.
• Produce variations and test different hooks and formats.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across assets.
• Add motion graphics and ensure brand compliance.
• Collaborate with Strategists to execute briefs and respond to feedback.
• Organize files and feedback using Drive, Frame.io or similar.
• Stay current with AI video models and tools, integrating effective workflows.
• Maintain reliable turnaround times and scalable advertising concepts.
