Jobgether is partnering with a SaaS company in Turkey to hire a Podcast Video Editor. You will shape YouTube-first podcast content and transform multi-camera recordings into engaging 60–90 minute episodes.

You will balance dialogue, apply pacing, add B-roll, and identify social moments for clips. Remote work is offered with a flexible schedule and potential for ongoing, long-term collaboration as the podcast grows.

Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form podcast content for premium YouTube-style productions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for multi-camera editing and timelines.
• Ability to extract social moments and repurpose into clips for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into 60–90 minute podcast episodes.
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts, pacing, and natural transitions.
• Balance dialogue audio for clear listening experience.
• Identify 4–6 strong moments per episode for social clips.
• Create rough timelines for vertical cutdowns for social platforms.
