Job summary

Manay CPA is hiring an entry-level accounting professional to gain hands-on experience with US GAAP, tax codes, and business operations across multiple industries. The role is fully remote anywhere in Turkey, with work hours aligned to US EST time zones.

You’ll support client onboarding, AP/AR, bookkeeping, monthly closes, and reporting while developing expertise in US accounting and payroll processes. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, up to 2 years of experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; master’s is a plus.
• Entry-level position; candidates with up to 2 years’ experience ideal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Business English; interviews in English.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding for all engagements following defined procedures.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, monthly close, and reporting.
• Prepare depreciation schedules, payroll review, and tax returns where applicable.
• Support audits for accuracy of financials, expenditures, and investments.
• Assist with revenue forecasting and margin analysis; GL reconciliations.
• Research tax issues and prepare corporate/individual filings when needed.
