Manay CPA Accounting & Tax Services in Turkey seeks a seasoned audit professional to enhance U.S. GAAP, tax, and assurance services for a diverse client base across industries. This fully remote role offers cross‑border exposure and hands‑on experience with U.S. systems.

You will lead fieldwork, supervise staff, and collaborate with tax and accounting teams, delivering high‑quality audit outputs while navigating US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in auditing, accounting, and/or tax; leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in English for all interviews and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new audit clients and set up audit workflows.
• Participate in risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit programs.
• Use company software to complete audit, reporting, and compliance tasks accurately.
• Prepare audit schedules, memos, reconciliations, and other documentation.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements.
• Research auditing, accounting, and regulatory issues for practical solutions.
• Assist with US federal/state compliance; year-end reporting and filing support.
• Collaborate across accounting, tax, and audit engagements; hybrid role.
