Job summary
Manay CPA is expanding its audit and assurance team and seeks a seasoned professional to lead audit engagements across diverse industries. You will deepen experience in US GAAP, tax codes, and client operations while collaborating with an international team. This fully remote role in Turkey offers exposure to global clients and ongoing training.
Applicants should have 5+ years in auditing, a Bachelor's in a related field, and strong English communication. US GAAP experience is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in auditing, accounting, and/or tax.
- Public accounting or external audit experience required.
- Turkish CPA license strongly preferred.
- Experience leading fieldwork and mentoring juniors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new audit clients, designing workflows and documentation.
- Lead day-to-day audit tasks: risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, workpapers, programs.
- Use Thomson Reuters Engagement for audit, reporting, and compliance tasks.
- Prepare and review audit schedules, management letters, reconciliations and docs.
- Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to assess financial statements.
