Job summary

Manay CPA in Turkey is seeking an experienced auditor to support onboarding of new audit clients, execute risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and workpaper preparation in line with professional standards.

You will perform substantive testing, analytic procedures, and prepare audit schedules and management letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. The role collaborates across audit, accounting, and tax engagements and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business.
• 5+ years of auditing/accounting experience, including leading fieldwork or reviewing junior staff work.
• Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new audit clients and set up audit workflows.
• Lead risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, workpaper preparation, and audit programs.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statements.
• Prepare audit schedules, management letters, reconciliations and other audit documentation.
• Research complex auditing, accounting, and regulatory issues to ensure compliance.
• Assist with US federal and state compliance requirements and year-end reporting.
