We are seeking a remote, full-time Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, manage content calendars, publish posts, and track performance to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for IT agencies, creative studios, or startups.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating engagement and growth.
• Excellent writing skills in English; visual design sense is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn, Meta Business, Google Analytics).
• Ability to balance innovativity with performance-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Manage content calendar and publish engaging, brand-aligned posts.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
