Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior ICT/Digital Consultant to join a remote roster based in Turkey. You will contribute to digital policy, regulatory analysis, and capacity-building for governments, regulators, and stakeholders across the Americas region, with opportunities to work on spectrum management, cybersecurity, digital applications, and emergency telecommunications.

Qualifications

University degree in ICT, law, economics, public affairs or related field; advanced degree an advantage.
5+ years of ICT policy, regulatory, and market analysis experience.
Knowledge of regional ICT landscape and Americas policy environment.
Strong research, data interpretation and evidence-based recommendation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized ICT and digital policy support aligned with programme objectives and regional priorities.
Research and develop analyses of telecommunications policies and regulatory frameworks.
Prepare policy briefs, technical documents, reports and presentations.
Conduct research and communicate findings to policymakers and stakeholders.
Design training materials and deliver capacity-building activities.
