Job summary

REEF is seeking a Senior Accountant & Reporting Specialist to own end-to-end accounting for assigned entities in a globally distributed, remote role. You will manage monthly close, balance sheet and P&L ownership, journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany processes across multi-entity structures.

You will provide monthly management reporting and support consolidations in IFRS, US GAAP, and UK GAAP contexts, collaborating with Tax, FP&A, and operations while driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong hands-on IFRS knowledge.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Proven Balance Sheet and P&L ownership.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
• Strong GL, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain full Balance Sheet and P&L ownership.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and accounting adjustments.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and investigate items.
• Ensure GL accuracy and integrity.
• Manage intercompany transactions and balances.
• Support accounting for fixed assets, inventory, payroll, AP/AR.
• Prepare monthly management reports and group consolidation.
• Perform variance analysis and provide explanations.
• Support IFRS, US GAAP, and UK GAAP considerations.
