Job summary

ADN CoE® is seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist to support financial operations for our growing international activities. The role involves monitoring transactions, managing receipts and payables, and ensuring accurate reporting across borders.

You will coordinate with the external accountant, prepare period-end records and assist with budgeting and tax processes while upholding confidentiality and precision.

Qualifications

• A university degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in finance and accounting operations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, receivables, payables and financial reporting.
• English proficiency sufficient to handle international business correspondence.
• Strong analytical, organisational and follow-up skills.
• A careful approach to financial accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily financial and accounting transactions, bank activity and account balances.
• Track participant payments, instalments, refunds and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and monitor payments to hospitals, faculty and suppliers in line with company approval procedures.
• Prepare, check and maintain invoices, proformas, payment receipts and supporting financial documents.
• Monitor foreign currency transactions and international payments.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare programme- and project-level revenue, expense and profitability reports.
• Support cash flow planning, payment schedules and budgeting.
• Coordinate with the external accountant and prepare records for period-end closing and tax processes.
