Job summary

AIZEN RECRUITMENT is seeking a Finance Manager in Istanbul to oversee daily financial operations and drive robust financial planning. You will conduct analyses, improve internal controls, and coordinate with global teams to support the company’s growth.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance, at least 4 years of finance experience, and strong Excel and accounting software skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

• Solid experience in enterprise financial management, internal controls, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in financial management systems, accounting software, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial management activities.
• Conduct financial analysis for the company and subsidiaries, providing recommendations and early warnings on financial risks.
• Establish, monitor, and enhance finance-related internal control processes.
• Prepare, execute, and monitor budgets.
• Manage financial and tax planning, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
• Apply accounting standards in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare schedules and reports for assets, liabilities, and advance accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and provisions.
• Supervise monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with local sales teams regarding customs payments and related financial tasks.
• Maintain close cooperation with headquarters’ finance departments, demonstrating professionalism and a proactive attitude.
