Job summary

RemotePass is seeking a Financial Controller to own financial close, reporting, and compliance across global entities. The role requires precise accounting, multi-currency fluency, and strong internal controls within a remote-first, international setting.

You will lead month-end close, oversee intercompany activities, coordinate audits, and ensure timely regulatory filings while aligning with local GAAP/IFRS requirements. Excellent communication across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and ability to work across jurisdictions.
• Fluent communication in English, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close across all entities and currencies.
• Oversee AR/AP, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate statutory filings, audits, and local tax compliance.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP/IFRS alignment.
• Drive process automation to shorten close timelines and improve accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and group-level financial analyses.
