Job summary

AXON Networks is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to bridge network technology, data analytics, customers, and product development. You will analyze real-world data from leading ISPs, translate requirements into actionable analyses, and support product enhancements across Fixed Access and WiFi domains.

Strong telecommunications background plus data analytics mindset are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred; hybrid work in Madrid or Istanbul is offered.

Qualifications

• MSc in Telecommunications Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong understanding of communication systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Fixed Access networks (copper/DSL, FTTH/PON) and/or WiFi.
• Experience collecting, processing, and reporting technical data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-world network data to improve Fixed Access and WiFi performance.
• Translate customer requirements into technical analyses and solutions.
• Create customized analyses, reports and recommendations for deployments.
• Support design and configuration of AXON NETWORKS solutions.
• Validate new backend releases, algorithms, and product capabilities.
• Work with customers during solution delivery and technical investigations.
• Provide expert technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
