Job summary

Mercury Teknoloji A.Ş., a subsidiary of Mercury Business Services Inc., is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead end‑to‑end product efforts for a remote, Turkey‑based team. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate complex healthcare logistics problems into scalable product solutions.

You’ll own discovery through delivery, drive key metrics, and work with Jira/Confluence to guide development.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or similar role.
• Strong technical understanding and experience working with Engineering teams.
• Experience owning products or complex features from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, scalable product solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering on solution design, technical trade‑offs, and delivery.
• Define requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to make informed product decisions.
• Communicate priorities and decisions clearly across cross‑functional teams.
