We are seeking highly skilled and mid-level experienced Business Analysts specializing in the Loan domain. As a Business Analyst in these areas, you will play an important role in preparing analyses, designs, and performing functional tests specifically for our Loan module. We are looking for individuals with deep self-motivation to grow, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in the banking industry. Proficiency in English is essential, as you will collaborate with teams and clients globally.

What Will The Right Person Look Like?

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in banking or financial services, specifically within the Loan domain, with 5+ years of experience in this area.
• Proven work experience with Loan Management Systems and Loan Origination Systems.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in loan business domain and its best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Serve as the analyst and tester within the Loan product team.
• Provide insights and guidance to the team and support the Product Owner in the Loan domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables specific to Loan module.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations in the Loan sector.
• Apply manual or automated acceptance tests to each product release of the Loan module in Fimple.
• Work closely with product team members and conduct functional/integration tests continuously to ensure high-quality product releases in the Loan domain.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate team members and clients on Loan functionalities.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to offer support, training, and guidance to clients regarding Loan module.
• Work closely with the support team to resolve issues related to Loan functionalities.
