You will source niche professionals for Europe’s NATO projects across cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, SAP, and infrastructure, working in a highly international context.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills to engage active and passive candidates.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for NATO, defence, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across NATO member countries.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical background, motivation, and fit.
• Verify candidate eligibility, security clearance status, and availability for NATO projects.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Proactively build talent pools for future opportunities.
• Keep candidate data up to date in the ATS.
