Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for NATO, defence, cybersecurity, engineering, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, and software roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across NATO member countries.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical background, motivation, and fit.
• Verify candidate eligibility, security clearance status, and availability for NATO projects.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Proactively build talent pools for future opportunities.

About the Role:

We're looking for an ambitious and self-driven NATO Technical Recruiter to join our growing Defence Recruitment Practice.

This is not a standard IT recruitment role. You’ll work on highly specialized NATO and defence‑related vacancies, sourcing niche technical professionals across Europe for projects involving cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, SAP, infrastructure, AI, and digital transformation.

• Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the ATS.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Confidence in approaching passive candidates and building long‑term relationships.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• A proactive, resourceful, and results‑driven mindset.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven, commission‑based environment.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
