Job summary

Finom is seeking a Junior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of business customers, build long-term relationships, and drive value from Finom’s platform. You\u2019ll engage by phone, email and chat, identify at-risk accounts, and work with multiple teams to ensure an outstanding experience for customers across Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Care, Business Development or Sales.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness, without being pushy.
• Native-level fluency in German, French or Italian (the market you\'ll support), plus fluent English.
