Overview

Fintech Portfolio Manager who will drive the growth of our integrated financial solutions ecosystem and take ownership of a portfolio of financial products end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for defining portfolio strategy, managing P&L performance, driving volume growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing the commercial success of financial products. What you’ll do

• Lead feasibility studies and P&L management for the assigned financial product portfolio, maximizing revenue streams and product profitability.


• Analyze financial performance and analytical models to optimize processes in line with commercial objectives and present insights to senior management.


• Manage and optimize financial ratios, cost structures, commission models, and platform-based volume growth dynamics according to market conditions.


• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legal requirements, and operational processes within the relevant financial product vertical.


• Define and prioritize the macro product roadmap aligned with business goals, and translate commercial requirements into actionable initiatives for channel and customer experience teams.


• Drive growth through campaigns, offers, and commercial initiatives while taking proactive actions to reduce customer churn and increase engagement.

Who you are

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.


• Minimum 7 years of product management experience within FinTech, banking, or financial institutions.


• Strong expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, data analytics, and commercial strategy development.
