Jobgether seeks a System Administrator I in Turkey to deliver reliable IT support in a remote-first setup. You will troubleshoot Windows/macOS issues, manage servers from Windows Server 2016–2025, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.

Virtualization with VMware/Hyper-V and application support are key aspects. You will work with MSP-style processes, focus on customer satisfaction, document work, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Formación

• At least three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Windows Server 2016–2025 administration experience.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Networking knowledge including firewalls and switches.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office apps and endpoint security.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows/macOS, printers, and business apps.
• Maintain Windows Server environments 2016–2025, ensuring availability and performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure AD and related services.
• Support virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V for stable IT ops.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and security-related issues.
• Assist with Sage ERP and QuickBooks integrations and support.
• Deliver high-quality client service and meet KPIs; include on-call rotation.
