Job summary

Luron AI, Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer on-site in Istanbul to design and deploy AI-powered enterprise systems. You will build backend services, integrate AI models into production workflows, and develop robust APIs and microservices to support voice and chat agents.

Collaborating with client teams, you will understand operational needs, customize solutions, and troubleshoot production issues, writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in building production-grade applications.
Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and microservices architectures.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience integrating or working with AI/ML systems in real-world environments is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD tools for reliable deployment and operations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with enterprise stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on writing secure, maintainable code.
Comfort working on-site in Istanbul and engaging with clients in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
