Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Technician to keep customer machines running and ensure satisfaction. You will travel across the region, using a company vehicle equipped for on-site service to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair compressor systems with diverse technologies.

Training during onboarding will build your technical depth while you support customers in real-world applications. You will report to the Service Team Leader, perform installations with safety compliance, and document

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a valid driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to solving problems.
• Wamiliarity with various compressors and related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• Since this role involves direct customer interaction, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with computers, and hold a valid driving license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and a passion for solving technical problems.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Aydin. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
