Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of our partner in Turkey, seeks a Cyber Security Domain Architect to shape enterprise security strategies across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and data. You will define current and target architectures, set standards, and drive multi-year roadmaps with hands-on Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Security Architect or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Strong expertise in enterprise security architecture and design.
• Experience with Azure security architecture and cloud governance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
• VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware security experience.
• Understanding of Zero Trust, segmentation, and defense-in-depth.
• Hands-on with Defender suites (Defender for Cloud/Endpoint/Identity).
• Experience developing security roadmaps and ADRs/ARBs.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and maintain enterprise security architectures across cloud, infra, identity, networking, and data.
• Develop current-state and target-state security architectures and roadmaps.
• Define and maintain security standards, controls, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
• Design security capabilities for Entra ID/IAM, Zero Trust, segmentation, and data protection.
• Guide the implementation of Microsoft Defender products.
• Lead security roadmap workshops with stakeholders and secure approvals.
• Support roadmaps and track risk, compliance, and outcomes.
• Conduct security reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
• Develop ADRs and ARB documentation.
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and mitigation strategies.
• Advise executives on risks, priorities, and remediation approaches.
• Contribute to threat detection and incident response initiatives.
