Job summary

Gini Talent is hiring an E-commerce Growth Manager to oversee Türkiye marketplace operations while coordinating with our global HQ. This fully remote role requires driving customer satisfaction, growth, and efficient logistics across Trendyol and Hepsiburada in Türkiye.

You'll work with an international remote team, reporting to HQ in Moscow time, with opportunities to grow into Head of Department within six months based on performance.

Qualifications

• Turkish language proficiency with professional English skills.
• Experience managing Turkish marketplaces (Trendyol and Hepsiburada preferred).
• Experience in customer support across phone and chat.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain.
• Ability to work independently in an international remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via WhatsApp and marketplace platforms (Trendyol/Hepsiburada), handle inquiries and complaints.
• Manage marketplace reputation by monitoring reviews and seller ratings.
• Track returns and customer claims.
• Coordinate inventory levels and fulfillment with third-party logistics providers.
• Oversee daily management and performance of marketplace accounts.
• Support marketing by managing content calendar and testing growth strategies with HQ.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
