Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English with strong client-facing communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in client intake or similar client-facing role serving US customers.
• Experience with U.S. company formation, EIN applications, or similar government filings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail when handling names, IDs, forms, and filings.
• Able to work independently in a CRM and maintain records without reminders.
• Ability to handle confidential documents professionally and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Handle client intake and communications via phone, web inquiries, and messages.
• Prepare and file U.S. company formation documents and EIN applications.
• Log calls, emails, and updates in the CRM on the same business day.
• Maintain organized client files and ensure status visibility for team members.
• Escalate legal or tax questions to the attorney as needed.
