About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team for a part time, remote internship. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year university student or a recent graduate who wants to gain hands‑on experience in IT operations within a fast‑paced and international work environment.

What you’ll do

• Assist in managing and resolving internal IT support tickets
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing devices, accounts, and system access for employees
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to team members for hardware and software issues
• Help troubleshoot common IT problems and upscale more complex issues when necessary
• Assist with setting up and maintaining laptops, user accounts, and workplace tools
• Help document IT processes and maintain internal knowledge bases
• Support the IT team in ensuring smooth operations of internal systems and tools

Qualifications

• Currently studying 3rd or 4th year or recently graduated in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of IT support, operating systems, and common workplace tools
• Familiarity with Windows/MacOS environments
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Interest in gaining practical experience in IT operations and support
