Job summary
TAV Technologies, a subsidiary of TAV Airports Holding and part of Groupe ADP, is seeking an Application Management Assistant Specialist. The role focuses on supporting application and infrastructure operations, installation, configuration, monitoring, and collaboration across international projects.
Ideal candidates have a technical background, are eager to learn DevOps practices, and comfortable with English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- Interest in Linux and command-line usage.
- Familiar with application servers, containers, and cloud technologies.
- Good English written and spoken.
- Willingness to learn CI/CD and DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Support application and infrastructure operations under guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in application installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Monitor system health and provide incident support.
- Contribute to operational processes in line with SLAs.
- Assist with installation and deployment of software products (on-site as needed).
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Engage in periodic maintenance and updates.
- Monitor system performance with monitoring tools.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
