Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Middle Affiliate Manager (AI Product) to manage and scale affiliate partnerships for an AI-focused product in a remote, global setting. You will own day-to-day partner relations, from onboarding to optimization, across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.

The role requires technical literacy in attribution, pixels, and postbacks, plus strong data analytics and English communication for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-cycle affiliate account management including onboarding, creative/landing setup, tracking implementation, optimization and scaling.
• Knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models; awareness of traffic quality and fraud risks.
• Technical literacy in affiliate tracking, pixels, postbacks, S2S tracking, attribution, and basic API usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale an existing portfolio of affiliate partners across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Monitor KPIs like traffic quality, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI; optimize underperforming placements with partners.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure; resolve discrepancies between partner and internal stats.
• Keep affiliate partner records accurate (contacts, terms, geographic coverage, status, next steps).
• Support Business Development with launch and scaling of new partnerships including technical setup.
• Monitor competitor affiliate programs and share market findings with the team.
