You will work remotely to align with Netherlands CET business hours, with focus on data-driven optimization, reporting, and proactive problem solving in a fast-growing digital media environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in AdOps or digital media (internships count).
• Comfort with data; enjoy digging into numbers.
• Fluent English is a must; all communication in English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to monitor tasks continuously.
• Availability to work full-time on Netherlands CET hours.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor supply-side and demand-side performance across our programmatic stack.
• Read, interpret, and analyze large volumes of campaign and inventory data on a daily basis.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities – and act on them.
• Run ongoing optimizations to improve fill rates, CPMs, and overall revenue performance.
• Manage day-to-day publisher relationships: onboarding, communication, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, delivery issues, and performance drops.
• Build and maintain regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
