Job summary

UNFPA Istanbul is seeking a Programme Associate to support the CISPop regional programme through programme implementation, administrative, and financial tasks. The role involves liaising with partners, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with UNFPA procedures.

You will work with the Programme Support Team and other colleagues to deliver high-quality programme results, reporting, and documentation in a collaborative, multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education with additional coursework in public administration, finance or economics.
• Bachelor's degree is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support programme implementation and coordination with partners and stakeholders.
• Assist in compiling and formatting reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and field activities.
• Assist in developing terms of reference and monitor consultant deliverables and payments.
• Support procurement processes in line with UNFPA procedures.
• Maintain filing and archiving systems and assist in budget monitoring and financial reporting.
