Job summary

UNFPA Istanbul is seeking a Programme Associate to support the CISPop programme in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The role reports to the CISPop Programme Manager and provides programme, administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure timely delivery of activities and reports.

The successful candidate will liaise with partners, manage travel and meetings, prepare documents, and assist with budgets, procurement, and monitoring of outputs in line with UNFPA policies.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience in programme planning, monitoring and data management in national and international organizations, in the private or public sector.
• Good writing and communication skills; ability to work in a team and manage documents.

Responsibilities

• Programme implementation and coordination support.
• Administrative and logistical support for meetings, travel, and documentation.
• Financial and operational support including budgets, procurement, and reporting.
