Job summary

UNFPA Istanbul supports the CISPop programme in Eastern Europe and Central Asia by delivering programme, administrative and operational support. The role ensures timely coordination with partners, tracks activity progress and maintains records under the CISPop Programme Manager’s supervision.

The position requires experience in planning, monitoring, data management and financial processes, with strong writing and teamwork skills to help achieve UNFPA’s strategic results.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience in programme planning, monitoring and data management.
• Experience in UN contexts is an asset.
• Proficiency with office software and basic finances.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong writing, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme, administrative, logistical, research and operational support.
• Coordinate with implementing partners, vendors and government counterparts.
• Prepare reports, minutes and documentation for programme activities.
• Support budgets, procurement, audits and financial reporting.
• Archive and organize programme documentation and maintain ERP processes.
