Job summary

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group in Türkiye seeks a Product/Merchandising Specialist/Supervisor to support monthly product planning, launches, and material orders, ensuring accurate system entries.

The role requires 3 years’ experience in high-end retail, English proficiency, and the ability to lead displays with brand consistency while meeting tight deadlines. You will collaborate across teams to optimize assortment and stock, and drive successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3 years’ experience as a Product/Merchandising Specialist/Supervisor, preferably in a high-end retail environment.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Ability to create and direct displays with a focus on product and brand consistency.
• Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, positive attitude and the ability to accept and give constructive feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams to determine processes, best practices, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, manager.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent in using of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly product planning, collection, launch, and material orders, ensuring timely and accurate system entries.
• Support best-seller ordering processes and follow up on order entries and availability.
• Monitor monthly shipments, compare actuals against plans, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices and relevant purchasing data into the ERP system.
• Follow up shipment plans with the global team and support the coordination of the end-to-end process.
• Monitor purchasing and BS budgets, track actuals vs. budget, and highlight key variances.
• Prepare RPT and realization rate analyses based on sales, stock, and actual performance data.
• Support allocation and replenishment processes by monitoring stock levels, store needs, and product availability.
• Coordinate inter-store transfers and follow up on transfer requests, execution, and stock movements.
• Support the preparation and implementation of store layout plans, ensuring alignment with product assortment and launch priorities.
