Job summary

Alshaya Group Avrasya in Turkey is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Supply Chain & Procurement team. The role focuses on conducting local quality and food safety audits, ensuring compliance with global standards and local policies across stores.

You will coordinate with third-party audits, prepare periodic management reports, and monitor new regulations to update operations and support teams. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in food industry; operational/retail QA experience preferred.
• Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems is an asset.
• High knowledge of local and global Food Safety Legislation, Quality Management Systems and inspections.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; inter-personal, communication, persuasiveness and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATION

• Min 3 years experience in food industry – operational/retail QA experience is preferred.
• Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections,
• Experience in Quality Management Systems will be an asset,
• High knowledge of Global and Local Food Safety Legislation, Quality Management Systems and inspections,
