Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive multi-unit operations and senior management experience.
• Proven experience leading large teams and managing mid-level managers.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, cost optimization and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Based in Bursa or willing to relocate; travel frequently across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of 100–120 Starbucks stores across the assigned region, managing District Managers to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive regional sales performance, profitability and P&L targets by implementing effective business strategies and cost optimization.
• Ensure consistent execution of Starbucks brand standards, procedures, policies and legal requirements across all stores.
• Monitor regional performance and develop action plans to improve efficiency and business results.
• Analyze customer feedback and performance indicators to continuously improve customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead planning/execution of new store openings within the region.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and development of high-performing teams.
• Coach and develop District Managers to build strong talent pipelines and succession plans.
