Job summary

Michael Page Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Candidate Experience Partner to manage every candidate journey from application to shortlisting across internal mobility and referrals. You will use data-driven insights to optimize sourcing, coordinate with Hiring Managers, and ensure a seamless, engaging experience.

Qualifications

• Native level in German, fluent in English.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies including Boolean search techniques.
• Strong understanding of labour market trends and talent availability.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social media to identify and engage top talent.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Proactive and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and enhance candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and hiring process efficiency.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources using innovative sourcing methods and Boolean searches.
• Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting and present a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
• Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and/or video interviews and document feedback for timely decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.

Description

• Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimize strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources-including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent-using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.
• Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers to facilitate decision-making.
• Act as a sourcing business partner by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, driving efficiency and innovation.

Profile

• Native level in German, fluent level in English
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and innovative candidate engagement practices.
• Strong understanding of labour market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers
• Prior experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify and engage top talent.
