Job summary

LC Waikiki in Istanbul Headquarters is seeking a Recruiter with strong headhunting skills to join our HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent in fashion retail, and partner with business leaders to shape global careers.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruitment, agency or in-house, with English proficiency and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will build long-term pipelines and participate in overseas talent acquisition projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail sector trends and the talent market
• Proficiency in competency-based interviews; experience with assessment centers is a plus
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
