Job summary

LC Waikiki, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a Talent Management professional to drive internal candidate assessments and promotions within HR. You will lead potential assessment and succession planning initiatives, identifying high-potential employees and monitoring their development journeys.

Collaborating with business units and managers, you will analyze talent management processes, prepare regular reports, and share insights to address organizational needs and strengthen leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Management processes within Human Resources.
• Hands-on experience in designing and executing Potential Assessment and Succession Planning
• Strong knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques,
• Preferably experienced in Assessment Center practices and talent assessment tools,
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills,
• Good command of English,
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills,
• Team-oriented, results-driven, and open to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal candidate assessment processes and manage evaluations related to promotions and career movements
• Take an active role in potential assessment, succession planning, critical position management, and talent pool initiatives in line with the company’s talent management strategies
• Identify high-potential employees and monitor their development journeys
• Coordinate Assessment Center applications, report outcomes, and share results with relevant stakeholders
• Perform analyses related to talent management processes, prepare regular reports, and develop improvement recommendations
• Collaborate closely with business units and managers to develop solutions that address the organization’s talent needs
