Çimsa is seeking a Raw Material Engineer to oversee mining-site activities, ensure safe, efficient and sustainable operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize raw material processes.
The ideal candidate will hold a Mining Engineering degree with at least 2 years in cement/mining/manufacturing, a Permanent Supervisory Engineer certificate, English at B2, and be willing to relocate to Mersin for an on-site role.

In this role, you will support Çimsa's sustainable mining approach, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, and play an active role in the continuous improvement of our production processes.
