Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee rail construction and maintenance projects. The role requires coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

You will handle workforce planning, scheduling, budgeting, pricing support, and maintaining strong customer relationships across active project sites.

Qualifications

• College degree in Building and Construction Technology or equivalent construction management experience preferred.
• Experience in railroad construction, maintenance, or industrial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk railroad tracks to identify deficiencies and prepare project proposals and pricing recommendations.
• Read and analyze RFPs and develop professional customer responses.
• Oversee project operations to meet customer requirements and project expectations.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and vendors across multiple sites.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with procedures.
