TEI - TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii A.Ş. invites applications for a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist role based in Eskişehir.

You will develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, manage supplier evaluations, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure materials meet project requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, has knowledge of SAP, and can operate in an international supplier network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Knowledge of sourcing, supply chain and project management; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a multinational supplier network; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sourcing strategies for TEI's raw materials and R&D projects.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts for best terms and pricing.
• Request quotes, place orders, and collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams.
• Oversee domestic and international procurement; ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Organize logistics and import processes; pursue localization and cost-saving projects.
• Strengthen partnerships with current suppliers and manage stakeholder relationships.
