Job summary

TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. in Eskişehir invites a procurement and supply chain professional to manage timely requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials and COTS products.

You will track orders, coordinate with quality, planning and R&D to ensure goods meet specifications. You will build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and support both domestic and international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP ERP and S4 Hana.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Residence in Eskişehir or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Process timely requisitions (RFI-RFQ) and purchase orders for raw materials and COTS products.
• Track orders and ensure on-time deliveries while addressing quality issues.
• Collaborate with quality, material planning, R&D and process departments to ensure specifications are met.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and measure performance on quality, delivery, and service.
• Communicate with suppliers daily and coordinate meetings to resolve supply issues or advance projects.
• Coordinate with planning, finance, contracts, sales and logistics to prevent or resolve issues.
• Contact suppliers regarding non-quality, missing, or damaged materials or services.
• Source alternative suppliers for domestic and OEM projects.
