Kastamonu Entegre, a leading wood-based panel producer, is seeking a Production Senior Specialist- R&D to join its R&D Center. You will conduct new product development, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with national and international standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your role requires strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and good English, with a focus on process improvement, testing, and collaboration across production and R&D teams.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for an “Production Senior Specialist- R&D Wood Based Panel Industry” to join its R&D Center team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new product development and improvement studies for existing products.
• Develop and implement projects focused on efficiency improvement, capacity increase and cost reduction.
• Follow sectoral developments, new applications and technologies related to adhesives, formaldehyde, wood-based panels and impregnation production processes.
• Research national and international product standards and ensure product compliance with relevant requirements.
• Establish necessary testing and measurement methods to verify product quality and standard compliance.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to improve production processes and product performance.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably Forest Industry Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Product Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of national and international product standards and testing methods.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, development or production processes, preferably in wood-based panels, adhesives, formaldehyde or impregnation processes.
