Job summary

Hayat is seeking a talented R&D Senior Researcher to join its NW R&D team, based at the Headquarters in Kocaeli. The role contributes to transformative projects within the Global R&D Consumer Group and requires a master’s degree with 3+ years in R&D, preferably nonwoven industries.

Candidates should have strong problem solving, crisis management, English proficiency, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic corporate environment. Travel is not restricted and location in Kocaeli is essential.

Qualifications

• Possessing an engineering or science degree at the masters level is a must.
• 3+ years of experience in R&D projects preferably within the nonwoven industries.
• Excellent problem solving skills and crisis management.
• Ability to leverage interpersonal skills into forming strong relationships and having excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt well to the changing conditions of a very dynamic corporate environment.
• Self-motivated person with the ability to quickly understand objectives and independently manage to deliver results.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Fluency in English.
• No restriction to travel.
• Located/able to locate in Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• To prepare for laboratory and production trials in new product development processes, to conduct trials, and to ensure timely reporting of results.
• To make routine visits to relevant international subsidiaries, to monitor subsidiary projects, to adapt new products to subsidiaries.
• To contribute to product development projects as a team member.
