Job summary

Dalgakıran Kompresör in Dilovası is seeking an experienced R&D Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will design and develop electrical and automation systems for R&D projects, select motor drivers, and ensure compliance with electrical standards.

The role requires PLC/HMI programming using TIA Portal or similar, familiarity with Modbus/Profinet, and collaboration with Production, After-Sales, and Service teams. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• MBA/Master’s degree is a plus.
• Expertise in control and three phase power circuit design.
• Strong knowledge of electric motors, frequency inverters, and electrical protection systems.
• Experience using electrical design tools such as EPLAN P8 or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with PLC and HMI programming, including industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and Profinet.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, Kocaeli, or Gebze.

In early 2020 Dalgakıran Kompresör moved it's production facilities to its new integrated smart factory to answer growing demand.
