Job summary

Delta Electronics Türkiye is seeking a Field Application Engineer to take technical ownership for automation solutions and support for mass production. The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree and at least three years in automation, with strong English communication and travel willingness.

Location is Konya or candidate willing to relocate. The role involves system solution development, on-site engineering support, and training for partners across the Central Anatolia Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Control-Automation or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the automation sector.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must have a driving license and be able to travel as and when required.
• Team-player, result-oriented, dynamic and multitask capable.
• Self-driven with strong cultural adaptability and flexibility.
• Located in Konya or willing to relocate.
• Completed Military service.

Responsibilities

• Take overall technical responsibility to ensure machine OEMs and end-users applying Delta IABG products and solutions to mass production.
• Support system solution development and on-site engineering tasks.
• Provide introduction and training to channel partners for IABG products/solutions.
• Support Konya and Central Anatolia Region channel partners on identifying and solving technical problems related to IABG products/solutions.
• Report technology and feature trend analysis related to IABG products/solutions on periodical basis.
• Knowledge of Motion Control Applications.
