Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH in Duzce region seeks a Field Service Technician who thrives on keeping machines running and satisfying customers. You will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair a range of compressors and related systems, driving to sites in your designated area in a company vehicle equipped with the right tools.

You will report to the Service Team Leader, perform installations, ensure safety, document activities, and be the on-site contact for customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical expertise and the ability to diagnose and fix equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the defined region.
• Proactive problem-solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Team Leader and conduct planned/ad hoc site visits.

You can start your day from home and drive to the customer with a company vehicle fully equipped with safe and rock-solid tools.

To succeed, you will need

• Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Possess a high school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
• Since this role involves direct customer interaction, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with computers, and hold a valid driving license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving technical problems.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Duzce. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
