Job summary

Jotun Turkey seeks an R&D professional to execute assigned tasks in consultation with management to support departmental goals and plans. The role emphasizes rigorous planning, testing, evaluation, and knowledge sharing to handle increasingly complex projects.

Candidates should hold a Master’s with 3+ years, or a Bachelor’s with 5+ years, or a PhD, and demonstrate excellent English communication. Relocation to Beylikdüzü, Silivri, Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's with at least 5 years.
• PhD degree is eligible for entry-level candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Beylikdüzü, Silivri, Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Kapaklı.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for assigned products, assets, projects, or tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.
• Execute projects by planning, formulating, testing, and evaluating results and materials with managers or senior colleagues.
• Report results orally and in writing to support correct decisions.
• Seek knowledge through literature, experience, and courses to handle more complex tasks.
• Follow HSEQ procedures and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Attend to daily orders to keep the workspace safe and pleasant.
